How much does delivery cost?

We offer international shipping. UK deliveries are free of charge, delivery to other selected EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden) is 25 EUR and delivery to all other destinations is 20 GBP.

How will you ship my order?

We will use either the DHL Domestic Express service or a courier service of a similar quality using a carrier carefully hand selected by us to deliver our customer parcels.

How long does delivery take?

We aim for all parcels to be delivered by 5pm, two working days following the day of order, provided the order was placed before 3pm for shipments to the UK and the selected EU countries listed above. We advise that you allow 7 working days for deliveries to all other destinations although we will make every effort to arrange shipments as promptly as possible. Please kindly ensure that there will be someone to sign for the parcel at the delivery address. Whilst we will make every effort to meet these delivery guidelines we unfortunately can’t guarantee this every time.

During busy periods such as Christmas, Valentines Day or Sale time, please allow an additional 1-2 days for dispatch.

Can I track my order?

We will send you an email to confirm that your order has been dispatched. This will contain a tracking number to allow you to track your delivery directly with the courier. If you are not able to track your order, please contact our Customer Services Team.

Can I specify a day for delivery?

Unfortunately we cannot specify an exact delivery date. However, we do advise that you contact our Customer Services Team if your order is urgent, so we can speed up the process wherever possible. ­

Can I return an item for a refund or exchange?

In the event you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can choose to exchange for either an alternative item or to receive a refund less the cost of any gift boxes where applicable by completing our simple Returns Form, making a note of the item code and colour you would like to receive instead or the reason for requesting a refund where applicable. In the event that we are unable to replace your product with a suitable alternative we will refund you the cost of the item less the cost of any gift boxes where applicable. All items must be returned within 14 days of submission to us of the Returns Form and the Returns Form itself must be sent to us within 14 days from the day on which you received the product (or the day on which you received the last product where multiple items were included in your order) where the product is not faulty or as described.

If you are requesting to return the product in the unlikely event that there is any fault with it we are happy for you to make use of our 1 year warranty. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions page for further information.

If purchased in a store, you should return directly to the store you purchased from.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

We will seek to process refunds and exchanges as efficiently as we can, but in any case we will process refunds and exchanges within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned product.

For your security, we advise you return any product via Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery (with the appropriate cover level of insurance) and retain a receipt of postage for your own records.
Loxley England is not responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty and we are not responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit.

How do I return a product bought in store?

Purchases made at stores can only be returned to those specific stores. Please ensure that returned goods are in perfect condition as stores will be unlikely to be able to accept products back which have been used or which are scratched and blemished. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

What taxes and duties will be charged?
We deliver to the following countries on a DDP basis (Delivered Duty Paid) which means that the price of your goods includes all applicable taxes and you will therefore not be liable for a separate tax charge in this case: UK, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden and the US.

For those countries that we ship to not included on this list, we deliver on a DDU basis (Delivered Duty Unpaid) which means that taxes, including UK VAT, are excluded from the price of the goods, and you as the recipient will be liable to pay any applicable taxes charged to you by the country you are shipping to.
