Do I get a manufacturer’s warranty?

Loxley takes great pride in the design and craftsmanship of all its products. We seek to use only the finest materials and the highest manufacturing standards. We strive to make sure every item we sell is perfect. In the unlikely event that a Loxley product does not match up to our high standards we will try our hardest to address the problem.

All our products are covered for 1 year against manufacturing faults from the day of delivery. If within this period you find fault with your product, you can request for either a refund or a replacement product by completing our Returns Form. Once we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution.

In the event that there is no availability of an exact replacement, you will receive credit to the original purchase value of your Loxley bag that will be applied to your account on our website. For more information, please see our Delivery and Returns page.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Yes, shopping with Loxley online is completely safe and secure. We use Stripe who encrypt all card numbers. This ensures that the information sent between your computer and our server is kept private – your credit card number is scrambled during the transaction process and, unlike in a traditional store, no human ever comes into contact with your credit card number during the approval process.

Stripe forces HTTPS for all services, and has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor. They are certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the most stringent level of certification available. For more information on Stripe, you can visit their website.
